Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and anywhere inside the villa.
Please switch off all lights and turn off the air-conditioning whenever the room is unoccupied.
Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms or weapons, are strictly prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report such activities to the appropriate authorities.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted within reasonable limits.
Outside food is allowed on the property.
A helper will be available at the villa from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Loud music is not permitted outdoors after 10:00 PM. Please maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
Only registered/resident guests are permitted on the property. Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval from management.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or amenities. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at actuals at the time of checkout. Please take care not to stain or damage the beds, bed linen, upholstery, towels, or other property items.
Our home is located in a rural area on the Gujarat–Maharashtra border and is powered by MSEB. In case of a power disruption, inverter backup is available for lights and fans only.
There may be scheduled load-shedding on Fridays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
